Tai Chi for Health, Parts 1 & 2 - Wednesdays 10 - 10:50 am
Continue learning Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention Parts 1 & 2 form. This form combines gentle, slow movements to strengthen muscles and bones, improve coordination and balance, and sharpen mental focus. Each class begins with a series of full body warm-ups before proceeding to the low-impact form instruction based on Sun style Tai Chi.

Tai Chi for Health Practice Group - Wednesdays 11 - 11:50 am
Experience with Tai Chi for Health, Parts 1 & 2 suggested. This class includes Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention, other Tai Chi for Health Sun & Yang style forms, as well as Qigong practices. Hone your skills, while cultivating energy, focus, strength, balance, and stamina.
