What is Tai Ku?

We have combined two of our favorite practices into one experience that will open your mind and body to new levels of awareness and creativity. Beginning and ending each session with gentle Tai Chi and Qigong allows us to leave behind overthinking, stress, and worries. From this place of peace, we can write, connect, and explore our world in unexpected ways. Join us if you are ready to try something completely different. No experience is needed and everyone is welcome.

2025 schedule: February 3, March 17, May 5, June 30, July 21, August 4, September 29, October 6, December 29. Each session is 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the Glendale Indianapolis Public Library. Registration required.
