Monthly Schedule

Mondays

Tai Chi for Health Practice Group (online)

10am - 11 am ET

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Tai Chi for Arthritis parts 1 & 2 are recommended pre-requisites. Register here. Weekly on Mondays, January 5, 12, 19, 26.

Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 1* (online)

11 -12 pm ET

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Depth of Tai Chi for Arthritis part 1, January 12 - March 2. Register here. *Great for beginners and returning students.


Tuesdays

Tai Chi Flow* (online)

9-10 am ET

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal).  Register here. Weekly on Tuesdays, January 6, 13, 20, 27. *Great for beginners and stress reduction.

Long Forms Tai Chi Practice (online)

5:30-6:30 pm ET

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal) Practice Sun 73 and Yang Fundamentals 1-3 Forms. Weekly on Tuesdays, January 6, 13, 20, 27. New Combined 48 Forms begins January 20th! (Prior Tai Chi Forms experience recommended.) Register  here


Wednesdays

Yang Fundamentals Part 1* (in person at DCA)

10-10:50 am ET

Yang Fundamentals, Part 1, 8-week session   Winter session begins January 7, 2026. Location: Dance Creations Academy 9257 Castlegate Drive, Indianapolis. More info here. *Great for beginners.

Yang Fundamentals Part 2 (in person at DCA)

11:10-12 pm ET

Yang Fundamentals, Part 2, 8-week session   Winter session begins January 7, 2026. Location: Dance Creations Academy 9257 Castlegate Drive, Indianapolis. More info here. Part 1 (see above) is a prerequisite for this class.


Thursdays

Seated Tai Chi Flow* (online)

10:30-11 am ET

FREE, open to all. Sponsored by Tai Chi Wellbeing. Register here. Weekly on Thursdays, 10:30 am. January 8, 15, 22, 29. (No class January 1) *Great for beginners.

Tai Chi Flow Balancing Mind & Body* (online)

1 - 1:45 pm ET

FREE, open to all. Sponsored by Perks at Work Community Online Academy. Register here (look for Live Classes under COA tab, top left). Weekly on Thursdays. January 8, 15, 22, 29. (No class January 1) *Great for beginners.

20 Minute Tai Chi or Qigong* (online)

3 - 3:20 pm ET

20 minute Restorative Qigong or 20 minute Seated Tai Chi Flow on alternating weeks. FREE, open to all. Sponsored by Perks at Work Community Online Academy. Register here (look for Live Classes under COA tab, top left). Weekly on Thursdays. January 8, 15, 22, 29. (No class January 1) *Great for beginners.


Fridays

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention* (in person at IMAC)

10-10:50 am ET

Sit & Stand Tai Chi Flow* (in person at IMAC)

Tai Chi Slow Flow* (online)

9-10 am ET

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Register here. Weekly on Saturdays, January 3, 10, 17, 24, 31. *Great for beginners and stress reduction.

*These classes suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
