Mondays

Tai Chi for Health Practice Group (online)

10am - 11 am EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Tai Chi for Arthritis parts 1 & 2 are recommended pre-requisites. Register here. Weekly on Mondays, May 5, 19. (no class May 12 and 26)

Yang Fundamentals Part 1 & 2 (online)

11 -12 pm EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal).

Learn Yang Fundamentals part 1, this 18 movement form builds strength, balance and coordination. Part 1 is suggested before continuing with Part 2 in April. Register here.

Tai Chi Flow* (online)

Tai Chi Flow at Indianapolis Public Library

Join either online or at the Glendale Library in Indianapolis. These free follow-along sessions are a relaxed intro to Tai Chi and Qigong that will help you stay active and healthy.  Made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

New! Tai Ku at Indianapolis Public Library

Tai Chi + Haiku = Tai Ku

Co-hosts Cate Jones and Christine Bhe will lead calming Tai Chi & Qigong followed by exploration of short poetry like Haiku, Haibun, Renku & Haiga. Foster wellness through movement, creativity, and connection with others. No experience required, wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to write and be inspired.

Seated Tai Chi Flow

Thursdays 10:30 - 11:00 am EDT weekly online. Register here and request the Seated Class link. 

Seated Tai Chi Flow focuses on whole body healing and energy cultivation through breath-work and gentle, mindful movement. Relieve stress while increasing range-of-motion, stamina, and coordination from a seated (or standing) position. Great for beginners and all fitness levels.
