Join the movement! This is your source for Tai Chi online and in Indianapolis. Scroll down for our current monthly Tai Chi schedule and free introductory online Tai Chi experiences. Everyone is welcome to join our fun, low-impact, uplifting Tai Chi and Qigong sessions. Add some mindful movement to your day and experience the benefits so many others have discovered!

Monthly Schedule

Mondays

Tai Chi for Health Practice Group (online)

10am - 11 am EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention parts 1 & 2 are recommended pre-requisites. Register here. Weekly on Mondays, September 1, 8, 22, 29. (no class Sept. 15)

Yang Fundamentals (online)

11 -12 pm EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal).

Review Yang Fundamentals parts 1&2. Part 3 begins September 29th!

Parts 1&2 classes are suggested before continuing with Part 3. Register here. Weekly on Mondays, September 1, 8, 22, 29. (no class Sept. 15)


Tuesdays

Tai Chi Flow* (online)

9-10 am EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal).  Register here. Weekly on Tuesdays, September 2, 9, 23, 30.  (no class Sept. 16) *Great for beginners. 

Sun 73 & Yang Fundmentals Practice (online)

5:30-6:30 pm EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal) Weekly on Tuesdays, September 2, 9, 23, 30. (no class Sept. 16)

Tai Chi Flow for Health* (online)

5:30-6 pm EDT

FREE for oncology patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. Sponsored by Community Health Network's Cancer Survivorship Program. Register weekly here  Weekly on Wednesdays, September 3, 24. *Great for beginners.


Thursdays

Seated Tai Chi Flow* (online)

10:30-11 am EDT

FREE, open to all. Sponsored by Tai Chi Wellbeing. Register here. Weekly on Thursdays, 10:30 am, September 4, 25. (no classes Sept. 11 & 18) *Great for beginners.


Fridays

Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention*

Saturdays

Tai Chi Slow Flow* (online)

9-10 am EDT

$10/class or monthly membership (includes access to Student Portal). Register here. Weekly on Saturdays, September 6, 27.  (no classes Sept. 13 & 20) *Great for beginners.

*These classes suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.

One Online Class Per Week Plan - $40/month (includes access to the Student Portal) 

Unlimited Online Monthly Classes Plan - $100/month (includes access to the Student Portal)
