Tai Chi for Veterans has been designated as an effective therapy and is provided free of charge to veterans by the Mission Act.
If you are a Veteran receiving care through the VA you may be eligible to receive Tai Chi classes at no charge via telehealth. Tai Chi (specifically TaijiFit) is a therapy endorsed by the VA for veterans with PTSD, TBI, OUD, depression, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, high blood pressure and many other chronic health conditions.
