Tai Chi & Qigong are evidence-based complementary and integrative health (CIH) approaches within the VHA Whole Health System of care included in the Veteran’s medical benefits package when deemed clinically necessary by his/her care team per VA Directive 1137.  It has been found to be beneficial for veterans with PTSD, TBI, OUD, depression, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, high blood pressure and many other chronic health conditions. Consider the powerful benefits of adding Tai Chi to your whole health plan. 

 

Christine Bhe, NPI #1861044836, is a fully credentialed Tai Chi for Veterans provider. Referrals can be made by Primary Care Physicians, Pain Management, Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and other VA providers for you or a loved one.
