TaijiFit is a mind/body exercise created by David-Dorian Ross that combines the best of traditional Taiji (Tai Chi) and Qigong with modern Western fitness. Want to challenge your mind and body? Take your Tai Chi practice to the next level with Sun 73 Forms. This long form will further develop flow, stamina, balance, and memory. Modifications are instructed for all abilities. The course moves progressively through each form over 30 classes. (Tai Chi for Arthritis is a suggested pre-requisite) See schedule.
