Join either online or at the Glendale Library in Indianapolis. These free follow-along sessions are a relaxed intro to Tai Chi and Qigong that will help you stay active and healthy. Made possible by Friends of the Library through gifts to The Indianapolis Public Library Foundation.

Tai Chi + Haiku = Tai Ku
Co-hosts Cate Jones and Christine Bhe will lead calming Tai Chi & Qigong followed by exploration of short poetry like Haiku, Haibun, Renku & Haiga. Foster wellness through movement, creativity, and connection with others. No experience required, wear comfortable clothing and come prepared to write and be inspired.

Seated Tai Chi Flow focuses on whole body healing and energy cultivation through breath-work and gentle, mindful movement. Relieve stress while increasing range-of-motion, stamina, and coordination from a seated (or standing) position. Great for beginners and all fitness levels.
