FREE Tai Chi offered to anyone 60 and older. Join us online or in person to learn this Tai Chi form designed to improve balance, strength, and coordination with low-impact gentle movements. This 8-week course will be offered in 4 sessions annually. Each class includes warmups to energize the whole body and step-by-step instructions of Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention, Part 1 form. Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels. Class is taught standing, have a chair available for balance and rest as needed. Check with your physician before beginning if you have any health conditions.
Register once for the whole 8-week session.
