Beginning Tai Chi for Health - Wednesdays 10 - 10:50 am (only 2 spots left for Winter session)
Learn Yang Tai Chi Fundamentals, Part 1 from the most widely practiced style of Tai Chi in the world. This form combines gentle, slow movements and Tai Chi walking to strengthen muscles and bones, improve coordination and balance, and sharpen mental focus. Each class begins with a series of full body warm-ups before proceeding to the low-impact form instruction. Excellent for beginners and all fitness levels, as well as those looking to enhance their current Tai Chi skills.
Tai Chi for Health Practice Group - Wednesdays 11 - 11:50 am
Experience with Tai Chi for Health (Sun or Yang style) suggested. This class includes Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention, other Tai Chi for Health Sun & Yang style forms, as well as Qigong practices. Hone your skills, while cultivating energy, focus, strength, balance, and stamina.
