Special Qigong practice is incorporated into each class to help boost health and well-being along with Q&A time with Christine. Sessions run approximately 1 hour, unless noted otherwise and all times are Eastern Time Zone. Live classes are held online via Zoom.

*New to Tai Chi? Christine recommends starting with either Tai Chi for Arthritis, or any Tai Chi Flow class which are suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.
