Everyone is welcome to join this enjoyable, low-impact, uplifting Tai Chi and Qigong exercise from the comfort of home. Special Qigong will be incorporated into each class to help boost health and well-being along with Q&A time at the beginning and end of each workout.

Thursdays at 2 pm enjoy 30 minutes of seated TaijiFit with Christine. It's a great way to add some mindful movement to your day. The focus is on whole body qi (chi) activation through breath-work and gentle movement. Relieve stress while increasing strength, range-of-motion, and coordination from a seated (or standing) position.
Christine is honored to have been selected as one of the first Tai Chi for Veterans instructors for TaijiFit International. These classes have been designed specifically for the VA and veterans and will feature top TaijiFit instructors from across the U.S. As a special roll-out for this program EVERYONE (veteran or not) is invited to participate in Christine's free online classes until further notice:
