At the main entrance walk past the desk (no need to check in) and around the right of the walking track towards the back of the gym. (Restrooms are behind the desk left of the track.) Arrive early or stay late to make use of the beautiful track.
Tai Chi is in Group Fitness Room 2, by the lockers and water fountain. Lockers are first come first serve, just bring your own lock.
When: Saturday, August 10 & 24, 2024 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. (Note time change!)
What: FREE! Join us for informal Tai Chi & Qigong practice. We will begin with warmups, Qigong, and continue with flowing Tai Chi movements. (This is not a traditional Tai Chi forms class.)
Who: Anyone 18 and over welcome to join, all fitness levels, no experience needed.
Where: Broad Ripple Park Family Center 1426 Broad Ripple Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220 . Join us indoors with an amazing view of the White River in Group Fitness Room 1. This location is ADA accessible. Restrooms, water, and lockers are available.
